FAQs

What is the attire?
The attire for the evening is "festive aloha" so feel free to bring on the glitz and glam or to bring an elevated evening aloha vibe.  Aloha works here!  


How can I purchase tickets?

How much are tickets?
Individual tickets are $400 or tables of 10 are $4,000.


Is any portion of the ticket price charitable or tax-deductible?

No.  The full cost of the tickets will go toward the dinner and event.


What time does the event start?

Registration begins at 5pm.  The event will end after dancing to the beats of Big Island Groove Band around 10:30pm. 


What is the menu for the evening?

First course:  

Lei Salad with local greens, avocado-coconut puree, shaved baby vegetables, candied macadamia nuts, liliko'i vinaigrette.


Second course - your choice of:

Shoyu braised short rib and garlic prawns, fried rice, charred broccoli, crispy shallots, kabocha pumpkin puree

(or)

House-made gnocchi with seasonal vegetables, confit cherry tomato and toasted pine nuts


Third course:

Mango key lime tart with fresh strawberries, vanilla macerated oranges.


Can we view the auction items in advance?

Yes.  To view auction items for both the silent and live auction items, please click here.  Auction items will open for bidding on June 28th and will close on July 5th at 6:30pm.
